How fitting that part two falls right after part two of our marriage story.
October 5th marked two years of being married to my lovely human, Holly. They're everything I've ever wanted in a partner, ride or die, best friend, and lover.
But as many of you know and have experienced, things aren't always easy or perfect or lovely.
The number of things we've experienced together in the past two years have been make or break moments. We've experienced loss, we've gained a beautiful foster daughter, we've bought a car, we've traveled numerous places together.
That's just the cliff notes though.
Many nights spent together, just sitting, because things were hard or painful and we couldn't do anything but just be with each other.
Many nights wondering what the next day would bring, and how it would affect our future together.
Many mornings wondering how we made it through another night.
But the common theme throughout was this: we always persevered. Always kissed each other good night. Always forgave. Always believed.
And here we are now. Two years of marriage under our belts, and many more to go. Here's to forever with you, H.
